The Governing Council and Management of M-Gibes College of Business & Management, UK in partnership with MG Business Solutions Limited, Ghana are pleased to inform you of your nomination for the 6TH EDITION OF THE GLOBAL EXCELLENCE BUSINESS LEADER AWARD (GEBLA), which will be held at Kigali, Rwanda.
This award is reserved for accomplished Businesses and CEOs of different levels and statuses in their profession who have excelled and distinguished themselves in their chosen fields constantly for global recognition and acknowledgement. The nomination is a result of a careful understudy taken in your industry, and the positive impact of your noble organisation and leaders that have had on the society; coupled with your leadership and management skills and their contribution to development.
 
Corporate Governance & Emotional Intelligence training for glocal leaders will be the start of the Two (2) day training facilitated by leading members of the faculty of Honor Crest Institute International, Canada. This is a highly specialized training customized for the business directors, managers, leaders, aspiring global leaders, and senior managers playing important business roles that heavily impact the success of their organizations and geographical regions.
 
All Business Heads are also eligible to submit their interests for the prime award “HONORARY DOCTORATE DEGREE AWARD” from Maryland State University, USA, for consideration.

Kati Torim
Founder | Global Connector | Head of International Advisor Relations & Training

Kati Torim is the Founder and Head of International Relations at Non-tech AI Advisory, as well as the Communications Lead for Oporto Forte’s AI branch. She mentors startups and executives in business strategy, AI, and leadership at Kiuas Accelerator in Finland, the European Innovation Academy in Portugal, and Qatar, as well as the STEM Innovation Center in Egypt. She serves as Chapter Director in AI Salon. 

Kati has participated as a jury member for MBA thesis defenses at the Porto Business School, contributed to the development of modern leadership at different universities, and taught mental self-management at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.

With over 15 years of international experience spanning from Finland to Qatar, Kati specializes in preventing executive burnout through neuroscience-based self-management, emotional regulation, and practical AI-driven solutions.

Her areas of expertise include business transformation and growth strategy, emotional intelligence and AI integration, customer psychology and AI-driven communication, executive leadership training, talent discovery, empowerment, as well as public relations and thought leadership.
