Kati Torim
Founder | Global Connector | Head of International Advisor Relations & Training
Kati Torim is the Founder and Head of International Relations at Non-tech AI Advisory, as well as the Communications Lead for Oporto Forte’s AI branch. She mentors startups and executives in business strategy, AI, and leadership at Kiuas Accelerator in Finland, the European Innovation Academy in Portugal, and Qatar, as well as the STEM Innovation Center in Egypt. She serves as Chapter Director in AI Salon.
Kati has participated as a jury member for MBA thesis defenses at the Porto Business School, contributed to the development of modern leadership at different universities, and taught mental self-management at the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences.
With over 15 years of international experience spanning from Finland to Qatar, Kati specializes in preventing executive burnout through neuroscience-based self-management, emotional regulation, and practical AI-driven solutions.
